Terms of Use

1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legal agreement between you ("User") and KLC IPTV ("Publisher") regarding the use of the KLC IPTV application ("Application") available on the Apple App Store and all supported platforms (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Android TV, LG Store, Samsung Store).

By downloading, installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the Application.

3. Description of the Application

KLC IPTV is an IPTV video player that allows you to load and play M3U/M3U8 playlists and Xtream connections provided by the User. The Application offers the following features:

• Live and on-demand video stream playback
• Multiple viewing profile creation
• Favorites and viewing history management
• Download for offline playback
• Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
• Multi-screen and multi-device compatibility
• Automatic playback resume

4. No content provided

KLC IPTV does not provide, host, distribute or control any audiovisual content. The Application is a playback tool only, comparable to a web browser that displays pages without providing their content.

The User is solely responsible for the sources and content they access through the Application. The User agrees not to use the Application to access content protected by copyright without appropriate authorization.

KLC IPTV does not endorse illegal IPTV subscriptions. The use of illegal sources may result in account deletion and legal proceedings.

5. License of use

The Publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download, install and use the Application on your personal devices, in accordance with these terms and the Apple App Store rules.

This license does not authorize you to:

• Redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Application
• Copy, modify, adapt or create derivative works from the Application
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Application
• Remove or modify intellectual property notices
• Use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Registration and account

Registration is free. By registering, you certify that you are 13 years of age or older. The User may register via:

• A form with an email address and password
• Sign In with Apple
• Continue with Google

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Publisher shall not be held liable for unauthorized access to a User's account.

The Publisher reserves the right to delete any account that does not comply with these terms or that has been inactive for more than one year. The User may close their account at any time by contacting: contact@klciptv.app

7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

The Application may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases through the App Store. The following conditions apply:

• Payment is processed through your Apple ID / Google Play account
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your App Store / Google Play account settings
• No refund will be issued for the current subscription period
• Any free trial period ends upon subscribing to a paid plan

8. User obligations

By using the Application, the User agrees to:

• Comply with these terms of use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Application to access illegal content
• Not reproduce, copy or distribute the Application
• Not disrupt the operation of the Application or its servers
• Not attempt to fraudulently access the Publisher's systems
• Not create a database from the Application's data
• Not use the Application in a manner that would violate App Store guidelines

9. Intellectual property

The Application, its source code, design, logos, graphics, texts and all its elements are protected by intellectual property law. The Publisher holds all intellectual property rights to the Application.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, adaptation or modification is prohibited and would constitute infringement punishable under intellectual property law.

10. Personal data and privacy

KLC IPTV collects a minimum of personal data. All your playlists, favorites and settings are stored locally on your device.

The data collected includes:

• Email address: for account creation and support
• Anonymized usage data: to improve the Application

We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." The Publisher does not guarantee that the Application will be free of errors or interruptions.

The Publisher shall under no circumstances be held liable for:

• Content accessible through sources provided by the User
• Any direct or indirect damage related to the use of the Application
• Data loss, service interruptions or malfunctions
• Incompatibility with certain devices or operating systems
• The quality, legality or availability of third-party video streams

12. Third-party services and Apple

The Application is distributed through the Apple App Store. Accordingly:

• Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the Application
• In the event of non-conformity of the Application, Apple may refund the purchase price if applicable, with no further obligation
• Apple is not responsible for claims related to the Application, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance or intellectual property claims
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce its terms

13. Termination

The Publisher may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice, in the event of a violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your license of use ends immediately
• You must cease all use of the Application
• You must delete the Application from all your devices

The User may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Application and requesting the deletion of their account.

14. Changes

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If the User does not accept the new terms, they must stop using the Application.

15. Severability

If one or more provisions of these terms are declared null or invalid, the remaining provisions shall retain their full force and effect.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
