Frequently asked questions

Is content (movies/series/channels) included?

No. KLC IPTV is a media player — it does not provide or stream any content. You need to use your own playlist (M3U or Xtream) to access your content.

What devices is the app available on?

KLC IPTV is available on iOS, Android, Android TV, macOS, and Windows. The app is currently in beta. Join Discord to stay up to date.

What devices are compatible?

KLC IPTV is designed to work on iOS, Android, Android TV, macOS, Windows, LG (webOS), and Samsung (Tizen). The app will eventually be available on all of these platforms.

What playlist formats are supported?

Currently, KLC IPTV supports Xtream and M3U playlists. Both work, but the display is optimized for Xtream playlists whose movies and series have a TMDB identifier.

How do I import a playlist?

Go to the app settings, then to the "Sources" section. You can add an M3U/M3U8 playlist by URL or local file, or connect via Xtream API by entering your credentials.

The app won't launch, what should I do?

Make sure your system is up to date and that you're using the latest version of KLC IPTV. On macOS, allow the app in System Preferences > Security. If the issue persists, contact us on Discord.

How do I change the external player?

Go to Settings > Player, then select the external player of your choice (VLC or MPV). Make sure the player is installed on your device before configuring it.
