2. Introduction and acceptance of the T&C

These T&C define the conditions under which the User accesses and uses the Application. The User must accept these T&C without reservation in order to browse and use the Application. If the User does not fully agree with these T&C, the User must refrain from using KLC IPTV.

3. Description and features

KLC IPTV is an application available on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Android TV, LG Store and Samsung Store, designed to load and play M3U/M3U8 and Xtream playlists. It allows the User to:

• Create different viewing profiles
• Watch their TV channels, movies and series
• Save favorites
• Download content for offline playback
• Access viewing history across different devices

4. Illegal IPTV

KLC IPTV does not and will never provide any content. The Application allows you to play video sources, just as a browser allows you to display web pages.

However, you must not use KLC IPTV to play sources for which you do not hold the rights, just as you must not use your browser to access illegal streaming websites, or you may face legal action.

KLC IPTV does not endorse illegal IPTV subscriptions.

If you use an IPTV source from an illegal subscription, you may be subject to the deletion of your account at the request of the rights holder, as well as legal proceedings.

5. Registration

User registration is free. By registering, you certify that you are 13 years of age or older.

The User may register either:

• Via a form including an email address and a password. The User is responsible for protecting their password. It is recommended to choose a complex and hard-to-guess password.
• Via a third-party social network such as Google or Apple using the respective Continue with Google and Sign In with Apple features.

By registering, the User accepts these T&C and certifies that the information provided is accurate. Sharing access to a personal account is not recommended. The Publisher shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access to a User's account.

The Publisher reserves the exclusive right to delete the account of any User who has not complied with these T&C, or any account that has been inactive for at least one year. Each member is free to close their account by sending an email to: contact@klciptv.app

6. Access to the Application

To access the Application, the User must have a stable internet connection. Access and equipment costs are the sole responsibility of the User. The Application is accessible at all times except in cases of compelling reasons for which the Publisher cannot be held responsible, including but not limited to:

• Corrective or evolutionary maintenance, with or without notice to the User
• Occurrence of an unforeseeable, insurmountable and external event
• Internet connection failure
• Partial or total cessation and/or interruption of the Application

7. User obligations

By using the Application and its features, the User agrees to:

• Comply with these T&C
• Not reproduce, copy or sell all or part of the Application
• Not access the Application fraudulently
• Not perform any action related to the Application's source code, such as accessing, decompiling, reverse engineering, modifying or copying it
• Respect intellectual property rights held by the Publisher or other Users
• Not carry out any operations intended or having the effect of disrupting, temporarily or permanently, the operation of the Application
• Not attempt to fraudulently access any automated data processing system implemented by the Publisher
• Not create a database from the information and data available on the Application

Upon becoming aware of manifestly unlawful actions by a User and/or in the event of violations of these T&C, the Publisher may, with or without notice to the User, delete or suspend their personal account. The Publisher also reserves the right to take legal action against any User whose use of the Application is contrary to these T&C.

8. Intellectual property rights

The databases, texts, logos, graphics, software, images, visual identity, layout and information on the Application are protected by intellectual property law, including copyright, image rights, neighboring rights and trademark rights.

The Publisher holds the intellectual property rights to the Application as a whole and to each of its individual elements. Accordingly, any unauthorized reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, modification and/or transformation, whether partial or complete, is prohibited and would constitute infringement under intellectual property law. Any violation of intellectual property rights may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of liability

The Publisher shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the Application, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses or service interruption. The Publisher shall not be held responsible for non-performance of the contract due to the occurrence of a force majeure event. The User expressly acknowledges that they use the Application at their own risk and under their sole responsibility.

In any event, the Publisher shall under no circumstances be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of clients or data resulting from the use of the Application or the inability to use it
• Any malfunction, access unavailability, misuse, improper configuration of the User's device, or the use of an obsolete device by the User
• The content of external sources accessible by the User through the Application

10. Geographic limitation

The use of the Application is available worldwide. The User is responsible for complying with the local laws applicable in their country of residence.

11. Changes to the T&C

The Publisher reserves the right to adapt or modify these T&C at any time. Users will be notified so they can review the changes. In the event that the User does not accept the new T&C, the User must immediately log out of their personal account and stop using the Application.

12. Severability

If one or more provisions of these T&C are declared null or invalid, the remaining provisions shall retain their full force and effect.

13. Duration

These T&C are of indefinite duration and take effect from the moment the User installs the Application.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed exclusively by French law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Application and the interpretation of these T&C shall be exclusively subject to French law and shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.

15. Personal data

KLC IPTV's priority is to collect a minimum of personal data from its Users. For more information on the collection of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
